Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled MongoDB Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance MongoDB databases in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure MongoDB clusters are highly available, scalable, and efficient. Expertise in MongoDB architecture, aggregation framework, and schema design, along with experience managing MongoDB deployments, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB databases in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams for database management.

- Diagnose and resolve database performance, availability, and connectivity issues.

- Manage MongoDB clusters, including replica sets, sharding, and backups.

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and schema improvements.

- Monitor database storage, capacity planning, and scaling.

- Support MongoDB deployments on cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB architecture, aggregation framework, and schema design.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas or self-managed MongoDB clusters.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving database issues.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

- MongoDB Certified DBA certification is a plus.

Certifications Needed :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
