Job Description :

Tools : Tessent Visualizer ,TestKompress, Spyglass , Conformal(LEC), Xcelium

Language : TCL, Perl, Verilog

Required Skills :

MBIST Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with MBIST tools (e.g., Mentor Tessent, Synopsys STAR Memory System, Cadence Modus).

Memory Repair Knowledge :

- Understanding of redundancy, repair strategies, and failure analysis.

Design and Verification :

- Strong experience in RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and functional verification.

Tools and Scripting :

- Proficiency with tools like RTL simulators (e.g., VCS, Questa), STA tools, and scripting languages (Tcl, Python, Perl).

Post-Silicon Debug :

- Experience with silicon bring-up, ATE test pattern generation, and diagnostics.
