Job Role & Summary: We are seeking a professional Videographer with proven experience and a diverse portfolio of creative and high-quality work. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using various photography and videography equipment, including cameras, drone, lenses, lighting, and editing software. They should also have in-depth knowledge of photography techniques, composition, and lighting principles. The ability to conceptualize and translate creative ideas into visually compelling images is essential. The candidate should also be flexible and able to adapt to different photography styles and project requirements. Knowledge of video production and motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with traditional and modern camera equipment.
• Ability to capture professional photographs and videography.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and other videography software.
• Skills in shooting, editing, and printing.

Software and Tools for Real Estate Video Shooting and Editing

Must be Skilled in: Cameras and Drone Equipment: Sony A7 Series, Canon EOS R, DJI Mavic Air 2, DJI Mavic 3

Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Canva

3D Visualization and Virtual Tours: Matterport, SketchUp, Lumion

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography/videography (preferred).
• Seeking experienced individuals with 2 to 5 years of photography, videography and graphic designing and video editing.
• Computer literacy, Good communication and interaction skills, as well as negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. Place of work is at Hindupur.
