Video Production:
Lead all aspects of video production, including planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).

• Storytelling and Directing: Collaborate with the Social media team to conceptualize video stories, direct shoots, and ensure all content aligns with the creative vision and brand identity.
• Camera Operation: Operate and manage video cameras and other equipment to capture creative shots that enhance storytelling.
• Lighting and Sound: Set up lighting, audio, and other equipment to ensure professional-grade production quality.
• Creative Direction: Lead the aesthetic and visual style of video content, ensuring it meets artistic, technical, and brand standards.
• Post-Production: Oversee or Lead in video editing, colour correction, sound design, and other post-production processes to ensure the final product is polished and impactful.
• Project Management: Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production, storytelling, and social media to create fresh, engaging, and relevant content.
• Content Strategy: Provide input and suggestions for improving the overall video content strategy, helping to drive audience growth and engagement.

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound design.

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how to engage viewers.

- Ability to conceptualize, direct, and execute video content from start to finish.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their video content formats.
