Quality Control (Q.C .Head)

Ensure Inward, In process and final inspection is carried out appropriate stages
Define quality assurance plan for all inward material products
Define process quality plan for all in house manufacturing products
Training to all inspectors, engineers about the usage of instrument usage, drawing study
Ensure introduction of gauges, qualifying gauges at appropriate places
Ensure corrective actions in case of internal rejection and rework
Ensure supplier corrective action plan in case of supplier rejection rework
Ensure corrective actions are initiated for customer complaints
Ensure calibration of all instruments and gauges
Ensure traceability of finished products
Ensure supplier audit wherever it is applicable
Ensure process audit at regular interval
Ensure raw material testing from third party
Participate in customer audit
Fulfil customer documentation requirements
Attend field complaints and interact with customer for satisfactory solutions
Ensure drawing / process plan circulation on shop floor and at supplier end
Ensure distribution and revision control on customer drawings, Skills
Knowledge of Electrical products
Knowledge of industry norms and new upcoming technology
Knowledge of production planning
Knowledge of handling middle management and QC team
Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
Knowledge of ERP
