Job Description
- Develops and implements of sampling, inspection, testing and evaluation of products
- Develops and implements statistical methods and design experiments to support process control, process/products developments
- Make, analyze and control the quality data of products and raw material.
- Coordinate with production department to achieve quality product.
- Must have work in container or wagon manufacturing industry
- Detailed knowledge of testing methods to conduct container inspection
- Detailed knowledge of quality instruments used in container inspection
- Must expertise in painting process
- Knowledge of ISO documentation is preferable
- Determining Quality Matrix for all manufacturing procedure Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctioning
Minimum three years experience in Wagon or container manufacturing industry required.
BE Mechanical/ BE Instruments/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
