Position: Coordinator / Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Organized with proactive problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
• Prior experience in operations of real estate industry, billing, invoicing, charges etc.
• Examine and evaluate commercial leases, including revisions, renewals, and new leases.
• Track rent payments, escalations, and other financial obligations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in MS Excel.
• Maintain data in Excel, create reports, analyze data in Excel.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented, organized, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good time management skills and able to maintain deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality when trusted with sensitive information.
• Must have own laptop and broadband connection for working remotely

Experience: 5 years+
Location: Gurugram

CTC: ≤ 8 Lacs

Mode: Hybrid Mode

Days: 5 days working Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Working Time: 11 am – 8 pm IST (work from office)

3 pm – 12 am (work from home)
