Operations Head - Order Management - BPO (12-20 yrs)

- Operations and Services Head to lead and manage the overall delivery of services for a large-scale Order Management / Order Fulfilment Process engagement.

- This role will oversee multiple layers of management including Order Management Managers, Team Leaders, Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and the achievement of business objectives.

- The Client Operations and Services Head will play a key role in preparing and executing business plans, overseeing diverse geographies, driving revenue growth, and coordinating transitions while maintaining high service levels.

- Protect a revenue of around $20 Million

- Manage a large team of Order Management Specialists across multiple Geographies.

The ideal candidate:

- graduate with 12+ yrs of work exp with 6+ yrs in Order Management

- Should be in Salary bracket of 20-28 lpa per annum as of now.

- will have a proven track record of managing large teams approx 80+ In Order Processing / Order Management.

- should have indepth knowledge of operational Nuances

- Should be Ok with Working in Night Shifts.

Maximum CTC that can be offered is 39 lpa including 20% variable payable on Quarterly Basis.
