Job Responsibilities:
Product Delivery & Techno-Functional Mindset:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market propositions, and competitive benchmarks.
- Expertise in web/mobile applications with modern UX/UI design principles.
- Ability to approach problems with a techno-functional mindset, addressing both technical and functional aspects.
- Experience in third-party integrations, including understanding technical concepts and system architecture.
- Engage actively in the planning and analysis phases of the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Evaluate requirements against current business and system processes.
- Develop models to identify, validate, document, and communicate business needs, presenting a clear "to-be" state.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Specification Documents (SSDs), prototypes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams, and user stories.
- Identify opportunities for improving existing business and system processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end scenarios from technical and functional perspectives.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery Coordination:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and document requirements effectively.
- Conduct detailed walkthroughs for stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality Management team to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
- Facilitate seamless execution of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, leading triage meetings for logged issues.
- Translate technical issues for non-technical users/clients and manage requirement changes through a structured process.
- Partner with Training, and Documentation teams to ensure software documentation reflects its functionality accurately.
