Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally.
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
