Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Center Representatives. The role involves contacting potential customers to assist with opening demat accounts, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This is a remote position requiring the use of your own device.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain the benefits and process of opening a demat account.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about demat services.
• Guide customers through the account opening process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers to establish trust and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide follow-up assistance to ensure successful account activation.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Technical Requirements:
• A personal computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
• Smartphone for secondary communication.
