Administration Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management:
   
• Proofread and produce accurate file notes.
• Manage filing systems and monitor documents for further action.
2. Team Collaboration:
   
• Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and support each other in various tasks.
3. Client Correspondence:
   
• Draft and produce client correspondence as required.
• Prepare and manage documents as requested by the team.
4. Online Forms:
   
• Fill out and submit online forms necessary for administrative processes.
5. Diary and Meeting Management:
   
• Arrange and manage diaries, appointments, and meetings efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Communication Skills:
   
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective global team interaction.
2. Technical Skills:
   
• Good knowledge of computers, internet, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Google Calendar and typing with speed and accuracy.
3. Administrative Skills:
   
• Ability to manage office functions, including asset management, petty cash handling, and facility management.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
4. Experience:
   
• 0-2 years of work experience in an operational or processing environment preferred.
5. Flexibility and Passion:
   
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for participating in all administrative and office functions with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
