Job Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Head will lead the organization's business growth initiatives, particularly in project management consultancy (PMC). This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, manage high-level projects, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders globally. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute business strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in project management consultancy (PMC).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Represent the company at international meetings, events, and conferences.
• Manage business development efforts across various geographical locations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Travel extensively worldwide to meet clients, explore business opportunities, and oversee projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with NICKMARK INSTITUTE Company is an advantage.
• Proven track record of at least 4-5 years in business development or project management.
• Passionate about traveling and managing global projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
