We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Copy Lead to define our brands voice and create impactful content tailored for a global audience, with a strong focus on the US market. You will lead the development of strategic, high-quality content across all touchpoints, including emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and website copy. Combining creativity with data insights, you ll drive user engagement, retention, and growth.

Job Description

Craft engaging and persuasive copy for emails, push notifications, and in-app content to connect with a global audience.

Develop and execute a content strategy that spans website, social media, and digital channels.

Ensure website content is clear, user-focused, and SEO-optimized.

Lead a team of writers to deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Analyze content performance and apply insights to optimize engagement and conversions.

Stay ahead of industry trends and gaming culture to maintain a fresh and relevant brand voice.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

Masters in business administration or mass communications with 5 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience in crafting copy for emails, push notifications, and in-app content.

Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to connect with a US-focused, global audience.

Strong background in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing tools.

Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization strategies.

Knowledge of gaming culture and trends is a plus.
