As a Senior Recruiter with specialized experience in healthcare and a focus on supporting US and India hiring needs, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to contribute to our organizations growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, along with expertise in US recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to US hiring, including healthcare industry-specific requirements.
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to navigate complex regulatory and licensing processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organizations employer brand within the healthcare industry.
Implement initiatives to attract top talent through various channels.
Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and overall recruitment performance.
Provide regular reports and analyses to leadership on recruitment key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on US hiring.
