Job Description
L T Finance LTD is looking for ML OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to detect suspicious activities that could indicate money laundering or fraudulent behavior
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Conduct due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new and existing clients
- Investigate alerts generated by AML software, identifying patterns and reporting findings to management and regulatory authorities
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in adherence to regulatory timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AML compliance measures and improve transaction monitoring systems
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company policies align with current AML legislation
