Job Description
Skyway International Travels is looking for Executive Travel to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including cultural, recreational, and historical attractions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions, regulations, and advisories.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and up to date.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and preferences.
- Assist in the development and marketing of travel packages and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
