Sales And Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales & Business Development to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
  Lead and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of growth targets and sales objectives.
• Strategic Business Planning:
  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures a strong market presence in the Civil Interior & MEP contracting sectors.
• Team Management:
  Oversee recruitment, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring for the sales team, ensuring that they meet their individual and collective goals.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team, providing realistic sales forecasts.
• Market Analysis:
  Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and trends in the industry while being fully aware of new products, competition, and innovations in MEP contracting and construction.
• Project Sales Experience:
  Lead project front-end sales for electrical, civil, and MEP projects, including costing, budgeting, and proposal development.

Desired Profile:

• Educational Qualifications:
  MBA or PGDIM in relevant fields.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the MEP contracting, construction, or engineering industries.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in PPT, Excel, and MS Suite.
• Strong understanding of MEP Contracting, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
• Experience in project sales, costing, and managing front-end sales of electrical, civil, or MEP projects.
