Structural Analysis Engineer

Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations with the concurrence of QA as situations raises

Document inspection results and maintain accurate inspection records for traceability

Identify and report non-conforming products or materials. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues with the concurrence of QA.

Report quality-related issues to QA in a timely manner

Maintain proper inventory of all the avionics components.

Ensure proper issuing of the components to the users with the help of store personal.

Work with internal team to maintain and improve quality standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control process.

Provide Inspection Feedback to QA/QC

Monitor and record the storage conditions of various components / assemblies/ systems as per the guideline given by the QA

Appropriate Tags for Accepted /Rejected /Quarantined / to be tied on the components / assemblies /systems as per the instructions given by the QA.

Proper safety measures to be taken while handling /storing/packing hazardous materials.

Able to communicate effectively with people, especially those around him/her, as well as with other departments to exchange information/data on existing issues that may affect the production process

Education/ Experience:

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering

12-year relevant experience in inward quality inspection -Electronics

Knowledge and understanding of Electronics Goods.

Able to work effectively within a cross -functional team

Proven experience in a quality control position or similar role

Should have good communication skills

Basic Computer Knowledge MS office
