Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hotel, hospitality, and catering sectors.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects from initial client brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, and technical) to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and project management team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track performance and address challenges.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team progress.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and project reports to senior management.
• Recommend improvements to products and services based on client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the hotel equipment or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
