Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, 4 & 5 Star Hotel properties and other business partners.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the hotels segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing products and services for hotel industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth in the B2B sector.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular/Weekly reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies that align with market demand and client budgets.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the product offerings and generate leads.
  • Leverage CRM and sales management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline processes.
  • Work with other departments (e.g., operations, revenue management) to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or crises effectively to maintain strong business relationships.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Education Qualification Bachelors/ MBA or equivalent.

  • Work experience of 7+yrs in the same industry or relevant role

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques, particularly in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and client interactions.

  • Effective prioritization and management of multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to track leads and manage client interactions efficiently.
