Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the B2B segment.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print, to promote services and offerings.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation initiatives.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to effectively communicate the brand message.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the marketing strategy remains competitive and relevant.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and clients for targeted marketing outreach.

• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the product development team to create new services that meet the demands of the B2B market.

• Train and support the sales team on marketing initiatives and tools to enhance their effectiveness in client interactions.

• Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach, to enhance brand reputation.

• Develop and maintain the companys online presence, including website management and SEO optimization.

• Integrate CRM systems with marketing platforms to ensure seamless communication and data sharing between sales and marketing teams.

• Leverage search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to enhance visibility and attract targeted leads.

• Develop a content marketing strategy that includes case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articles to position the company as an industry expert.

• Implement customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and interviews, to gather insights that inform marketing strategies and service improvements.

• Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for conversions, user experience, and mobile compatibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, or a related field;
• Work experience of 5+yrs leading / managing the marketing segment
• Strategic thinking for effective marketing plans.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to create compelling content and copy.
• Project management to handle multiple campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM software for lead management.
• Experience in SEO and SEM for online visibility.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for clear messaging.
