Guest Relation/ Front Desk Executive-only Female-location -NIBM, Pune

Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at our Real Estate site in NIBM, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Guest Welcome and Check-in*: Welcome guests, handle check-ins, and ensure a smooth arrival process.

2. *Customer Service*: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest queries, and resolve any issues promptly.

3. *Site Tours*: Conduct site tours for prospective customers, showcasing our properties and amenities.

4. *Communication*: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.

5. *Feedback and Complaints*: Handle guest feedback and complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.

6. *Maintenance and Housekeeping*: Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure our properties are well-maintained and clean.

7. *Reporting*: Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, complaints, and site operations.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience*: 0-4 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a related industry.

2. *Education*: Graduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. *Language*: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
