Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at SKYLINE BUILDERS in the Kochi Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities with regard to existing land bank and also exploring opportunities in neighbouring states. Should also working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Proven track record in sales and business development
Experience in real estate or related industry
Knowledge of market research and analysis
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work well in a team and independently
