Warehouse Admin & Facilities Operations:
- Oversee daily administration and facility operations across warehouses and dark stores.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructure, including utilities, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
Space Sourcing & Project Management:
- Identify and source warehouse and dark store spaces to meet business needs.
- Lead the execution of warehouse-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence.
Compliance & Regulatory Fulfillment:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to safety, security, health, and environment (HSE).
- Coordinate with the Security Head and HSE Head to support audits, inspections, and the implementation of safety measures.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for warehouse-related G&A costs.
- Track actual expenses against the budget and optimize spending to improve cost efficiency.
- Provide monthly financial reports to senior management.
Collaboration & Support:
- Support the Security Head in managing warehouse security operations. - Assist the HSE Head in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance at all facilities.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to align G&A functions with operational goals.
Strategic Planning & Analytics:
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, optimize operational performance, and develop actionable strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of administrative and facility operations.
Vendor Management :
- Manage relationships with facility management vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for facility services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
