Responsibilities:

1. Have an excellent command of verbal and written skills in the English language.

2. Be a self-starter with a passion to learn new products to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Have a can-do positive attitude to problem-solving.

4. Be willing to flexible working hours to address customer and project needs.

5. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

6. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

Certification : CCNA,CompTIA mandatory

Requirements:

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Special consideration given to relevant industry certifications.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Good Communication Skill.
