Plant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations to achieve optimal production levels.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain processes.
• Manage activities related to safety, quality, inventory management, productivity, innovation, supply chain management, and other key deliverables.
• Ensure accountability for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
• Motivate, train, and develop employees while maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure smooth operations.
