Actually nothing likely
They don't stick on to offer letter, they say one in offer letter do whatever they want after that. They don't communicate with employees about their policies initially till they join. They don't provide salary as well. For working their for 1.5 months they gave just 2.5k and made-up some stories accordingly. Please don't go there as they won't value your efforts
