Job Description

Department: GIS

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced GIS Team Lead to oversee our GIS team and drive the development and implementation of GIS projects. You will manage GIS operations, ensure data quality, and lead a team of GIS professionals to deliver high-impact spatial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the GIS team, providing guidance and support.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of GIS systems and processes.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of spatial data and maps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define GIS project requirements and deliverables.
Analyze and interpret spatial data to provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with IT and other departments for system integration and improvements.
Train team members and promote best practices in GIS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
GIS experience, including team leadership.
Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial analysis.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
