Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target institutional clients, including luxury hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and corporate clients.
    • Identify key market opportunities and create action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
    • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
    • Proactively seek out and establish relationships with potential institutional clients, presenting Florid Luxury Mattress's product offerings and benefits.
    • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury mattress segment.
    • Provide insights to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
    • Contract Negotiation and Management:
    • Lead contract negotiations with institutional clients, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and post-sale support.
    • Extensive Travel:
    • Travel extensively across the country to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
    • Represent Florid Luxury Mattress at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
    • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
    • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the luxury goods or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the country.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
