Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy : Define and implement growth strategies for D2C, E-commerce, B2B, and retail channels.
- Sales Leadership : Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, build key client relationships, and drive new business.
- Marketing & Demand Generation : Oversee marketing efforts to drive lead generation, acquisition, and retention.
- Customer Success : Ensure strong post-sale engagement, increasing customer lifetime value and retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and inform strategy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Align with product, finance, and operations teams to meet revenue goals.
- P&L Ownership : Manage the revenue function’s P&L, optimizing profitability and costs.
Qualification and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in revenue leadership, with a strong background in E-commerce, D2C, and omni-channel sales.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, data analytics, and financial acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
