Job Description
SKS Enterpprises is looking for Principal Officer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- The Principal Officer serves as a key leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of operations, administration, and strategic initiatives
- They work closely with senior management, board members, stakeholders, and staff to ensure the organization's goals and objectives are met effectively
- Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives
- Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization towards its long-term goals
- Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements as needed
- Financial Management:Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support organizational objectives
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for cost-saving measures or revenue generation
- Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders including board members, donors, partners, and community members
- Represent the organization in external events, meetings, and collaborations
- Human Resources and Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices
- Risk Management and Compliance:Identify potential risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- Communication and Reporting:Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through various channels including reports, presentations, and meetings
- Provide regular updates to the board of directors and senior management on organizational performance and key initiatives
