Skoolfi is looking for TGT/PGT (English) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) or Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in English, your responsibilities revolve around teaching English language and literature to students at the secondary or higher secondary level
- Here's a breakdown of your duties and responsibilities:Curriculum Development: Designing and developing lesson plans and curriculum materials aligned with the prescribed syllabus and educational standards
- Classroom Instruction: Conducting engaging and interactive classroom sessions to teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing skills, literary analysis, and other aspects of the English language and literature
- Student Assessment: Assessing students' progress through various methods such as tests, quizzes, essays, presentations, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their learning
- Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of students, including those with special educational needs or language proficiency levels
- Literary Analysis: Introducing students to a variety of literary genres, texts, authors, and literary movements, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills through the study of literature
- Language Skills Development: Helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, providing opportunities for language practice and fluency development
- Cultural and Global Awareness: Exploring cultural and global perspectives through literature and language, promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation among students
- Technology Integration: Incorporating technology tools and resources into teaching practices to enhance learning experiences, such as multimedia presentations, online research, and digital storytelling
- Classroom Management: Establishing a positive and conducive learning environment, managing classroom behavior, and promoting mutual respect and cooperation among students
