- As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) or Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) specializing in Mathematics, your responsibilities revolve around teaching mathematics to students at the secondary or higher secondary level
- Here's an overview of your duties and responsibilities:Curriculum Development: Designing and developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the prescribed mathematics curriculum and educational standards

- Conceptual Understanding: Teaching mathematical concepts, theories, and problem-solving strategies, providing clear explanations and examples to promote understanding
- Skill Development: Helping students develop mathematical skills such as computation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and logical reasoning
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapting teaching strategies and materials to accommodate students with varying learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds
- Use of Technology: Integrating technology tools and resources into mathematics instruction, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online simulations
- Assessment and Feedback: Assessing student learning through various methods such as quizzes, tests, projects, and performance tasks, providing timely and constructive feedback to support growth and improvement
