Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in B2C apps. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building intuitive and user-centric products, with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company's goals and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and data analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to deliver high-quality product releases on time.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure our app stays ahead of industry trends.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies in partnership with marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably for B2C mobile apps.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills; must be comfortable working with numbers and translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, JIRA, Trello, or similar for product and performance management.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
