Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Experience: 0 - 6 months (Fresher)
Location: Baner, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in planning and conducting client meetings to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
• Support in preparing and delivering presentations and reports during client interactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs.
• Maintain and update client records and documentation for accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidence in handling clients and managing client meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients effectively.
• Freshers with 0-6 months of experience in a similar role or internship are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic understanding of CRM software is an advantage.
