Skilrock Technologies - Affiliate Manager (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners whilst holding the ultimate responsibility of our entire global affiliate marketing strategy.

- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers and implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners.

- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.

- Identify and develop top performers and create incentive programs to reward key partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.

- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.

- Work with the Marketing team to create market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business within the market.

- Represent the company at global industry events and keep updated on industry trends.

- iGaming experience preferred.

- Have experience both on the casino side as well as the affiliate side.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships whilst keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
