Lead Product Manager - BFS (8-10 yrs)

Job Title- Lead Product Manager

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 8+ Years

- Deep understanding of products and processes pertaining to equity, derivatives, mutual funds and fixed income segments.

- Overall management and performance of a specific application or suite of applications used in stock broking, lending, portfolio management, client onboarding and due diligence.

- Understanding and effectively articulating business requirements, creating test plans, and working with Quality Assurance and Business Analyst teams for timely delivery of requirements.

- Creating and managing application roadmaps, prioritizing features, and defining application requirements to ensure that application changes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Delivery of projects and engaging with senior leaders to maintain focus on project milestones, resolving risks/dependencies and deploying appropriate governance and oversight of delivery.

- Strong communication and influencing skills and capable of presenting and defending my vision for the application to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technology architects, to ensure that the application development process aligns with company strategy and goals.
