Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Role:

- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the CSR & B2B Projects

- Cross functional collaboration & exposure in handling skill development projects in multiple states

- Help the organization in maintaining multiple skill development projects & centres pan India.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity

- Ensure that program management & seamless projects execution as per decided SLA & maintain desired profitability of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment

- Responsible for handling in government & CSR related Project

- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit

- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant

- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management Preferred skills and qualifications

- 14+ years of proven success in an operations management role

- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes

- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent is required with MBA is preferred

- Strong Engineering skills, including database development

- Ability to communicate in more than one language

- Ability to travel in the pan India
