Senior Project Manager - Content Production and Services

As a member of our Content production team, you willadvocate for production and process efficienciesand drive projects to execution. Ownership and Accountability for successful project outcomes with strong financial acumen. Manage Stakeholder expectations, delivering learner/user centric products.

Responsible for managing content projects: planning,execution, and performance control.

Demonstrated experience in leading and project managing concurrent multiple eLearningprojects.This is a hands-on individual contributor project management role in a production environment.

Must be able to work effectively virtually using collaborative tools. Ability to prioritize tasks daily in a production environment.

Experience with strong working knowledge of project management methods, tools & practices such as Agile, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall etc.

• Manage vendor partners and work allocation to partners. Track and ensure vendor performance is in line of project goals.

• May be required to work on once-off projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as required or other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned from time to time

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on progressive project management work experience in elearning domain. Preferably in fast paced eLearning content development/ custom content development/ contentproduction organization in a similar role leading/managing global projects.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability/ experience of working with global stakeholders.

• Problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication (excellent written and verbal skills), influencing and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Education and Certifications

• A bachelors degree is essential

• MBA or Masters would be an advantage.

• Project Management qualification will be an advantage
