Project Manager-Solar EPC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee EPC solar projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering solar energy projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, knowledge of solar technology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.

Execution and Supervision:

• Supervise project activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Address client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handover and Documentation:

• Ensure successful project handover to the client, including training and support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
  
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or related field.

• Experience:
  
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar/EPC domain.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end solar projects.
• Skills:
  
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and other components.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
