Role & responsibilities

• Looking after overall recruitment and exit process from candidate CV sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding and exit.
• Candidate sourcing using online portals i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Attendance monitoring of employees and Payroll & Incentives Input.
• Looking after admin activities like Maintain healthy workplace, Canteen, Housekeeping, Transport, Guest stay and travel, security management, stationary etc
• Admin MIS - Daily, weekly, monthly.
• Material inventory tracking & Meeting MOM preparation.
• Stationary requirement generation and purchasing.
• Legal compliances.
• Training and development and Audit document preparation.

Key to ensure Good in HR admin and legal knowledge.
