Role & responsibilities

• Understanding Customer Requirements.
• Review PFMEA with CFT for all projects of all customers.
• Prepare Process Flow Charts and NPD documents.
• Prepare & review PFMEA.
• Takt time & cycle time study.
• Line layout planning.
• Facility planning, manpower planning & training.
• Line Trials and installation at MSKH meeting all customer Quality & Delivery requirements.
• Process Qualification study.
• Packing & logistic design.
• Run at rate study.
• Prepare TGW & TGR, Process, documentation & design standardization to reduce lead time.
• Maintain & update the project file with all applicable documents.
• Smooth handover of line to regular production.
• Freeze production BOM in system & handover to purchase.
• Maintain all child parts stock with trial rejection and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• BE, with good knowledge of GD&T, APQP and welding process, Robo welding operations
• All type of welding process and exhaust system manufacturing
