About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join us and be a part of the development of cutting-edge AI applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python, a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI projects that push the boundaries of technology by collaborating with top AI researchers in the country from premier institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. R&D in AI/ML:

• Design, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases such as NLP, conversational AI, or classification systems.
• Develop state-of-the-art algorithms to solve complex AI problems efficiently.

1. System Design and Integration:

• Build scalable, robust pipelines for AI model training, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing or new systems with a focus on reliability and performance.

1. Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to business use cases.
• Prototype and evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools to improve AI solutions.

1. Mentorship and Leadership:

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead architecture discussions and establish best practices for AI/ML development.

1. Optimization and Maintenance:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML systems.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their APIs or fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience working with NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, or transformer architectures.

• Experience:
• 2 - 4 years of experience in AI / ML development, with a focus on building and deploying production-grade systems with LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with distributed systems, big data technologies, and real-time processing frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
