Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

- Collect, store, and manage performance data for key projects.

- Analyze maintenance contracts to identify trends and efficiencies.

Financial Reporting:

- Build and maintain regional and global finance reports and dashboards.

- Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Vendor and Labor Analytics:

- Conduct vendor spend analysis to optimize procurement strategies.

- Analyze labor utilization to improve resource allocation and identify savings.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to gather data and provide financial insights.

- Work with IT to enhance data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or professional certifications preferred (e.g., CFA, CPA).

- 4 to 7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in construction, automation, or energy sectors.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
