Job Summary:
Skep IT Systems is spearheading recruitment for ROBU.IN, Pune.
ROBU is building a High-Performance Electronics Sales (B2B) team and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in electronic products and components. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our products in the electronics and engineering sector.
Experience Required:
2 to 5 years in Sales/Electronics Sales, with experience in selling electronic products, components, or engineering products.
Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, with the ability to explain technical details to customers.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets consistently and maintain desired margins.
- Identify and acquire new customers while retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, services, and solutions.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on product offerings and technical details to better advise customers.
- Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics, electrical products, and components, including electronic boards and batteries.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an approachable and clear manner.
- A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
Job Benefits:
