Proper Maintaining of all Accounting records & bill filling.
Preparation Bank Reconciliation and Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
Prepare of fixed assets register & depreciation calculation on financial yearly basis.
Calculation of VAT, CST & WCT and pass their entry and return filing.
Calculation of TDS & deduct from parties and pass their entry, & Preparation Challan of TDS for monthly deposit in Bank .
Preparation of TDS certificate from 16, 16A, 26AS & timely issue.
Calculation of Service tax on various heads, Its entry, & Preparation Challan of Service tax for monthly/ quarterly deposit in Bank.
Preparing Final settlements, salary sheet and all employee benefits & deduction.
Preparation of MIS
Assist in Balance Sheet Preparation
Assist in conducting Internal and Statutory Audits
