Solution Specialist - Digital Technologies & Automation

We are a growing technology company with a global presence across the US, India, and New Zealand, specializing in enterprise solutions including invoice automation (Stream), Power BI, AI-driven solutions, and system integrations. We're looking for solution specialists who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Role Overview

As a Solution Specialist, you'll work closely with our sales team and clients to understand business requirements and design technical solutions. You'll be responsible for pre-sales solution design across our core technology areas: invoice automation, AI/ML solutions, Power BI, and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Transform business requirements into practical technical solutions

- Design end-to-end invoice automation solutions using Stream

- Architect AI-powered automation workflows for document processing

- Create integration solutions between various enterprise systems

- Develop solution designs and proposals for client presentations

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions

- Work with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and implementation approach

- Leverage AI tools to enhance and accelerate solution design process

- Document solution approaches and create high-level technical specifications

- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in solution design or related field

- Experience with invoice processing automation or document management systems

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications

- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions

- Strong expertise in at least one of: Stream, Power BI, or enterprise integration solutions

- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Experience in pre-sales or solution architecture (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams

Technical Knowledge Areas (At Least Two Required)

- Invoice Automation:

- Understanding of invoice processing workflows

- Experience with OCR and document processing technologies

- Knowledge of accounting system integrations

- Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements

- AI/ML Solutions:

- Understanding of machine learning concepts

- Experience with document classification systems

- Knowledge of natural language processing

- Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools

- Integration Solutions:

- Experience with API integration patterns

- Knowledge of enterprise middleware platforms

- Understanding of data transformation and mapping

- Experience with cloud-based integration services

- Power BI:

- Data visualization and report design

- Data modeling and transformation

- Dashboard creation and performance optimization

Domain Knowledge

- Understanding of accounts payable processes

- Knowledge of business process automation

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements

- Experience with enterprise software implementation
