Trempplin - Senior Banking Solution Consultant (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with banks and financial institutions to understand their business needs, challenges, and technology landscape.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solution roadmaps aligned with industry best practices.

- Recommend and implement best-fit banking solutions, leveraging your expertise in core banking, lending, payments, wealth management, or other relevant areas (specify preferred area).

- Partner with technical teams to design and configure solutions, ensuring optimal integration with existing systems.

- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.

- Provide ongoing support and training to bank staff on the implemented solutions, fostering user adoption and maximizing ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in banking technology, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record of success in solution consulting.

- Strong understanding of core banking functionalities, lending processes, payment systems, wealth management solutions, or a specific area of banking technology (mention preferred area).
