BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Salary: 5 LPA

Experience: 2-3 Years

Education: Any Graduate

Industry: Marketing Agency Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn about Skadooshs structure and services and identify brands that could benefit from our services
• Researching organisations and individuals online to keep up with industrial updates
• Establishing a link with the Marketing department of potential leads to facilitate introductions
• Contacting interested leads to establish a rapport and arrange meetings
• Pitching and presenting Skadooshs portfolio
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for pitches to select leads
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Ethical and clear expectation setting of deliverables and dependencies
• Ensure a smooth kickstart with the Client Servicing personnel(s)
• New Business Development & Revenue generation through networking & account building
• Collect payments from accredited businesses
• Keeping a track of contractual agreements and relevant paperwork
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
• Ensuring successfully delivery of promised service standards
• Uphold and maintain a positive company impression with existing and upcoming brands

• To be an effective Business Development Manager, an individual must be:
• Socially adept
• Any Graduate
• Good with communication & presentable
• Good with networking
• Well-read & aware of the marketing landscape

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Any Graduate.
• Excellent Communication skills and experience in Business Development.
• 5 days working, Monday to Friday.
• Shift Timing: 10:00am to 7:00pm.
